Many travelers arrive at Nagoya via New Tokyo International Airport (Narita). Usually, flights between Nagoya and Tokyo are fully booked quickly. You are advised to make an early reservation for this flight. Please ask your travel agent for the latest flight information.
Railroad between Nagoya and Other Major Japanese Cities:
JR bullet train, Shinkansen, carries you to Nagoya from other major cities such as Tokyo, Osaka. To transfer from your flight to Shinkansen:
(Tokyo) Take JR Narita Express Train from New Tokyo International Airport; then transfer to Shinkansen at Tokyo Station. You can purchase a Shinkansen ticket from the airport through Nagoya. Approx. 40min trip from the airport to Tokyo Station, 2h trip from Tokyo to Nagoya.
